Kari and AJ were married at The Barn in Mariemont, Ohio on a crisp and sunny day in November.  The ceremony and reception were so beautiful and very sweet!

Kari and AJ’s love story began when their boys were 6 years old and playing baseball together.  AJ, a coach for the team, found Kari attractive and charming, but it took him a while to work-up the courage to ask Kari on a date. They hung around the baseball gang for several years before they started dating.

Their wedding was rustic and yet elegant too. A large, old barn provided just the right backdrop for these 2 sweethearts. Their bridal party consisted of their 3 sons- Tanner, Levi, and Noah.  Kari was a gorgeous bride – she literally looked like a Disney princess!  And the weather was equally beautiful.  Among their friends, family, and children, they proclaimed their vows to one another, and suddenly, 3 baseball pals became brothers forever.  It was so special for us to photograph this precious family. Pictures and candles provided loving sentiments to their mothers’ memories. And both of their fathers video taped every special moment of the ceremony on their phones.

Kari said she loves the way AJ remembers all the little things that make her happy, and AJ appreciates Kari’s thoughtfulness and her efforts to help and comfort the people she loves.  These 2 still enjoy watching youth baseball, going out for Mexican dinner, and kicking back at home to watch their latest Netflix binge in their new home.
