Quinn and Richard had a “split” wedding, where they got married during Covid but had their reception/celebration at a later date when the risks for getting sick were less.  Still, both events were beautiful and special just like their story.   The met at The Ohio State University, at a mentoring program for inner-city children, that they were both involved in. They had been friends for a year before they started dating.  He proposed to her while on vacation with her family, in Rome.  They were overlooking the city of Rome from an orange grove as he popped the question.

Quinn and Richard are so much fun.  She loves that he is always supportive of her trying new things, like when she tried a very complicated recipe and almost burned down the house, or doesn’t fully read a recipe that doesn’t turn out right and he just pretends to enjoy it.  He is supportive in all her endeavors and ideas regardless of how they turn out.  He loves her sense of humor more than anything and her spirit for adventure.  But more important to him is the way she always makes people feel. Rich says he doesn’t know anyone who makes people happier than she does – whether it be from planning gifts or in normal conversations.

We are so honored to be part of this sweet couples’ wedding and reception.  We wish them many more years of adventure (minus the unexpected fires)!
